Fish treatment agent - Sera Baktopur, 50 ml 

A remedy for treating external bacterial infections. Sera Baktopur successfully disinfects aquarium water and supports fish recovery. Indications:

• Fin and mouth rot;
• Grayish-white fluffy spots;
• White to grayish-white spots on the skin and fins of freshwater fish in aquariums and garden ponds;
• Columnaris disease, gill rot, as well as Aeromonas or Pseudomonas bacterial infections;
• Blood spots and ulcers on the skin;
• Protruding scales, swollen body, and bulging eyes;
• Cotton-like fluff around the mouth, white-gray nodules on the head and fins;
• Agitated fish swimming at the bottom of the aquarium;
• White fin edges and sometimes complete fin destruction.

The remedy can also be used if ectoparasites, such as fish leeches, fish lice, or parasitic crustaceans affecting the gills, appear in the aquarium to prevent secondary infections in the injured skin areas. During the use of the remedy, it is necessary to increase aeration in the aquarium, turn off CO2 supply, and remove the carbon element from the filter. After 3 days of treatment, replace 50% of the water and add a water conditioner. If the symptoms of the disease do not disappear, the treatment needs to be repeated. Manufacturer: Sera, Germany
