Petreon Repeat – Subscription Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Petreon Repeat, our smart subscription program designed to save you time and money while keeping your pets happy and healthy.

By subscribing to Petreon Repeat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Benefits
- 2% Discount on every subscribed product order.
- Priority Processing: Your repeat orders will be prepared and dispatched with priority.
- Convenience: Products you need are delivered automatically, on your schedule.
- Free Cancellation at any time, no hidden fees or penalties.

2. How It Works
- Choose eligible products and select “Subscribe & Save” on the product page.
- Select your preferred delivery interval (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months).
- You will receive automatic deliveries as per your selected schedule.
- You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account panel.

3. Delivery Method
- Only parcel machine (post machine) delivery is available for subscription orders.
- Make sure your account includes a valid parcel machine location to avoid delivery delays.
- This limitation allows us to ensure smooth, fast, and reliable recurring deliveries.

4. Subscription Management
- You will receive a reminder email before each scheduled delivery.
- You can modify the delivery frequency, product quantity, or shipping address at least 48 hours before the next dispatch.
- If changes are not made in time, the order will be processed as originally scheduled.

5. Payments & Billing
- Subscription payments are processed automatically using your saved payment method at the time of each dispatch.
- If payment fails, we will notify you via email and pause your subscription until the issue is resolved.

6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account panel or by contacting our customer service.
- No charges apply for cancellation. However, cancellations made after the processing of a shipment will only apply to future orders.

7. Product Availability
- All subscriptions are subject to product availability. In case a subscribed product is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified and your delivery may be delayed or substituted with your permission.

8. Petreon.lt Rights
- We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, or delivery conditions.
- We may discontinue the subscription program at any time, with appropriate notice to affected customers.
