Active and other substances
45 g of collar consists of:
Active substances:
4.442 g propoxur (2-ozopropoxysifene-methylcarbamate).

Indications
For large dogs infested with fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.) and blood-sucking ticks (ixodes ricinus), therapeutic and prophylactic.
The active substance is constantly released from the collar. When the collar is put on, fleas die within a few hours.
Ticks die in about a day, then are easily removed or fall off on their own.
In rare cases, ticks can attach themselves to an animal with a collar, but usually they simply attach themselves to the skin and fall off, without sucking blood.
The collar protects against fleas for up to 4 months, against ticks - up to 10 weeks.

Contraindications
Do not use in sick animals (especially with mechanical obstruction in the gastrointestinal tract in the urinary system, bronchial asthma or other diseases of the lungs and blood circulation) or animals that have recovered from an illness.
Do not use for females in the late phase of infancy and during lactation.
Do not use for puppies under 3 months of age.
Do not use for severe skin lesions.

Effect of adverse reactions
When fastening the collar, very Sensitive dogs may experience itching and/or itchiness, especially in the first few days. If these symptoms occur, the collar should be removed and not put back on until they resolve. No specific treatment is necessary.

Species of application
Dogs.

Dosage, route(s) and method for each species
The collar should be secured around the animal's neck.

Remove the collar from the protective bag, unfold it from the inside of the collar, breaking the plastic fastening. Then fasten the collar loosely around the animal's neck (it is recommended to fasten it so that there is a gap of two fingers between the neck and the collar).

The collar should be fastened continuously for 4 months and lubricated at the end of the treatment period.

Recommendations for correct use
