For an animal up to 6 kg - 0.5 tablets; 7-14 kg - 1 tablet; 15-22 kg - 1.5 tablets; 23-30 kg - 2 tablets; 31-39 kg - 2.5 tablets; for an animal weighing more than 40 kg - 3 tablets per day.
